Returns for regular items.

You may request a return or exchange for eligible regular, nonseasonal items within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original, resalable condition.

Holiday and special-occasion items.

Holiday and special-occasion apparel, including designs for holidays, birthdays and anniversaries, is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. If you experience an issue with your order when it arrives, please contact us so we can help resolve it. Your legal consumer rights still apply.

Return shipping.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on approved change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns and exchanges. If we made an error or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us for review and return-label instructions.

How to request help.

Email info@supersickprints.com with your order number and reason for the request. For a suspected printing error, defect or damage, include clear photos where relevant. Wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Customized items.

Customer-personalized items are final sale except where an item is defective or we made a printing error. Contact us with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.
